Applied Mathematics promotes the integration of mathematics with other scientific disciplines, expanding its fields of study and promoting the development of relevant interdisciplinary subjects. The journal mainly publishes original research papers that apply mathematical concepts, theories and methods to other subjects such as physics, chemistry, biology, information science, energy, environmental science, economics, and finance. In addition, it also reports the latest developments and trends in which mathematics interacts with other disciplines. Readers include professors and students, professionals in applied mathematics, and engineers at research institutes and in industry. Applied Mathematics - A Journal of Chinese Universities has been an English-language quarterly since 1993. The English edition, abbreviated as Series B, has different contents than this Chinese edition, Series A.

The purpose of Applied Mathematics Letters is to provide a means of rapid publication of research announcements and important but brief applied mathematical papers. Potential contributions include any work involving a novel application or utilization of mathematics, or a development in the methodology of applied mathematics. The journal considers all areas of mathematics as appropriate from number theory to Lie algebras and differential games. Applied Mathematics Research eXpress provides very fast publication of research articles of high current interest dealing with the use of mathematics in all other areas of knowledge usually in the form of mathematical/computational models and algorithms. Theoretical articles with promising applications will also be considered.

Applied Mathematics and Mechanics is the English version of a journal on applied mathematics and mechanics published in the People's Republic of China. It is a comprehensive journal presenting original research papers on mechanics, mathematical methods in mechanics as well as applied mathematics relevant to neoteric mechanics.The Editorial Committee, headed by Professor Zhe-wei ZHOU, consists of scientists in the fields of applied mathematics and mechanics all over the world.Founded by Professor Wei-zang CHIEN in May 1980 as a quarterly, Applied Mathematics and Mechanics became a bimonthly in 1981 and then a monthly in 1985.

This journal is devoted to Applied Mathematics in its broadest sense with an emphasis on the analysis and optimization of systems governed by various classes of differential equations, in particular partial differential equations (PDEs) both stochastic and deterministic. Optimization includes mathematical control theory and dynamic games.

Techniques of interest encompass calculus of variations, homogenization, weak convergence, numerical approximation, and regularization, along with modern methods of linear and non-linear analysis as pertinent to the study of PDEs and optimization theory.

Because interaction between the domains of research and application is critical to the evaluation and improvement of new educational measurement practices, Applied Measurement in Education' prime objective is to improve communication between academicians and practitioners. To help bridge the gap between theory and practice, articles in this journal describe original research studies, innovative strategies for solving educational measurement problems, and integrative reviews of current approaches to contemporary measurement issues. Applied Mechanics Reviews (AMR) is an international review journal that serves as a premier venue for dissemination of material across all sub-disciplines of applied mechanics and engineering science, including fluid and solid mechanics, heat transfer, dynamics and vibration, and applications. AMR provides an archival repository for state-of-the-art and retrospective survey articles and reviews of research areas and curricular developments across all sub-disciplines of applied mechanics. The journal invites commentary on research and education policy in different countries and regions in the area of applied mechanics, including material that provides an international comparison of different regional frameworks for collaboration and networking. Applied Microscopy is the official journal of the Korean Society of Microscopy (KSM). 

The journal covers all the interdisciplinary fields of technological developments in new microscopy methods and instrumentation and their applications to biological or material science for determination of structure and chemistry.

The journal is fully sponsored by KSM.

Applied Mobilities publishes theoretically informed, applied research and practice-orientated perspectives in mobilities. It focuses on the planning, design, technologies and social and cultural applications of mobilities. Through an emphasis on social theory and planning practice it also seeks to develop a greater understanding of the transition of mobility systems towards sustainable practices and the consequences of diverse mobilities on societies. 

It publishes original research articles, practice based commentaries and reviews.

Applied Mobilities publishes articles of international scope that meets one or more of the following areas of publication:
- Interdisciplinary research in planning, design, technology and culture relating to mobilities.
- Theory driven applied research emphasizing the social, cultural, economic and environmental aspects of mobilities.
- Development of the interdisciplinarity of mobilities research by bridging social science, art and practice.  

Commentaries
This section of Applied Mobilities invites practitioners and/or scholars to develop to introduce and reflect upon new themes and debates that are relevant to mobilities thinking, research and practice. Such innovative perspectives aim to increase the impact of research on the re-thinking of mobilities and help to develop political and societal strategies to understand the social, ecological and economic consequences of diverse mobilities on societies.
